Hi everyone, I'm Dina, your curvy executive officer and I wanted to share my "courageous" story and hopefully you will share yours. In 2005 I moved to Georgia from California to start a new chapter in my life. At the time I was married and the goal was to live our dreams and start a family. Six months later I was getting a divorce and starting over in a new state as a single woman. #Courageous- The first "courageous" thing was passing the Real Estate Sales Person state exam, then after 20-years of working corporate jobs, I stepped into a job that was commission only. Wow....how different is it to work a job that only pays commission versus getting a paycheck every two-weeks. In 2007 the economy took a dive and my Real Estate career was over. Life became really scary, I had to find a way to earn a living. So from 2007 until 2013 I took odd jobs while getting my business off the ground. In 2013 the creation of Urban Thick was born and the rest is history. That's my courageous story, what's yours? However, we have several unique features that helps us stand out from the rest and getting our sellers paid within the first 30-days is at the top of the list. They are more than excited to about being paid every two-weeks. These are our V.I.P Sellers and they never have to worry about shipping fees. In addition their items have priority over other Sellers. Model Rose Law I received an email from a customer asking how to take care of a sweater she purchased from our store. I offered her this advice. Place the item inside a light weight laundry bag, choose the gentle wash cycle in cold water, and lay flat until dry. She was grateful for the advice and hopefully she's still enjoying her light blue twist style Ralph Lauren sweater today.

When I met our lead model last year, I had no idea how things were going to work out. Ask anyone who knows me and they'll tell you that I have a "no nonsense" personality when it comes to business.
