As a Consignment Seller you make money consigning your clothing with us. Just follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Download & complete the Consignment Agreement (place documents inside your box before shipping).
2. Complete Inventory Sheet, optional but useful. Required when requesting a shipping label.
3. Complete the shipping label form below, must ship from GA, NY, IL, PA, TX, TN, FL, or MI AND emailed us your completed Inventory sheet. Sellers from other states can ship to us directly.

FAQs
Q: Which clothing brands are you currently accepting?
A: We will accept clothing regardless of brand or age "if and only if" it is a QUALITY well made item in excellent condition with all original tags/labels. This includes vintage items. In addition to the brand and age all clothing should be lightly used, without tears, odors, stains, or any other deformities. This includes pet hair, pilling, loose hems, tobacco or other unpleasant smells. Please make sure that all tags are legible as well as attached to the item. We find that "popular name-brand" items sells faster like (Torrid, Forever 21+, Old Navy, ASOS curves, City Chic, Eloquii, J.Crew, Forever 21, Ava & Viv as well as any Nordstrom selection) to name a few, however we accept ALL clothing brands with a resale value of $10 or more . If you do not think your item's resale value is $10 or more, please do not send. We are no longer accepting shoes, used undergarments or swimsuits. Undergarments and swimsuits MUST be new with tags and hygiene lining. To see our pre-approved clothing list, click here.
Q: How much will I earn as a Consignment Seller?
A: You will earn 50% commission minus transactional fees.
Q. How often can I send in items?
A. Sellers can assume the cost and ship us their items anytime. However, to request a shipping label, Sellers must wait 30-days after each shipment. Returning sellers will be see their cost subtracted from their sales proceeds.
Q. How can I become a V.I.P?
A. Every box will be evaluated as either "Below Average, Average, or Above Average". The condition, colors, brands, sizes, seasonal relevance, and overall quality, are all factors in this process. Sellers should review the clothing calendar and stay informed on our social media platforms for tips and updates if seeking V.I.P status. Only sellers with "above-average" ratings will receive V.I.P. status.
Q. Can you define First Time, Premium, and V.I.P. Sellers?
A. First Time sellers have never sold items with us before. Premium Sellers (we've identified) are returning sellers with previous high sales and clothing quality rates. V.I.P. Sellers are Premium sellers with the addition of replenishing their closets on a continuum bases at least every quarter. V.I.P. Sellers will receive various bonuses, gifts, and perks throughout the year.
Q: What are your payment options?
A: Payments are process every 1st Friday of the month. Checks are generated from our parent company Women OBtaining Wealth, LLC. We now offer Zelle and Venmo payments.
Q: How long will you keep my items on consignment?
A: We will consign your items for 30-days. You can pay to have your unsold items shipped back to you for any reason within the 30-day time period. After 30 days we will decide the best avenue to dispose of the items. Please note that we donate frequently to Hope for Domestic Violence and American Veterans National Service Foundation. We do not provide donation receipts to sellers.
Q: How many items can I send?
A: Our minimum & maximum requirements are based upon pounds, not the number of items. We require a minimum of 10lbs of clothing but no more than 40lbs each shipment per month to qualify for our UPS prepaid shipping label. However, if you have less than 10lbs or more than 40lbs you can cover the shipping cost using the service that works best for you (please call/text/email us your tracking information). Please contact us for instructions on sending multiple boxes.
Q: How should I pack my items?
A: Roll-up each item placing them securely into a sturdy box. If you meet the requirements complete the shipping form below. A shipping label will be emailed to you directly from UPS. Make sure to include the Consignment Agreement inside the box, you can drop-off the package at any UPS store. For shipments under 10-lbs or more than 40-lbs/Multiples/From West or Southwest States ship directly to: Urban Thick, PO Box 6012, Douglasville, GA 30154 if using regular postal mail or for UPS /Fed-Ex: 6000 Stewart Pkwy #6012, Douglasville, GA 30135. Q. How does the "Consign 4 Charity" work?
A. All of the above steps are still required. However, you can designate a charity of your choice to receive the proceeds from your sales.
Q. How can I use Urban Thick as a fundraiser?
A. Easy...we'll work with your representative on collecting clothing donations. Proceeds from the sales will be paid to your organization.
