I must admit our culture is in demand for certain brands and the curvy community is no exception. That's why we posted an ad showing a few of the great plus size clothing brands we carry at Urban Thick.
You may recognize some of the brands listed but others may not be as obvious. However, we assure that all of our plus size clothing items fits the UT promise of great quality!
Urban Thick is reaching it's 3rd-year of serving the Curvy community. We are pleased to be in the forefront of offering beautiful clothing at such affordable prices.
Recently we reached out to our Facebook Friends and other Admirers asking them how we can improve the Urban Thick website. Thanks to the responses we've made a few changes and still have a ways to go.
Another great addition to our website is the Home Seller program. Our Facebook friends can now sell their lightly used clothing straight from the comfort of their homes! What a great way to earn extra cash!
I see this cute blouse but guess what??? My arms won't fit! My arms have been an issue for me for a long time. So I am devoting some time to deal with my "flabby" arms once and for all starting with some tips from this article I came across
Seeing that I'm single I've been asking myself this question, "is there a perfect fit for the fabulous and thick woman like myself?"
I've had the occasional flirting moments and met a couple of young guys trying to see if I wanted to be there "suga mama" but nothing really of substance since my last relationship.
So I came across this website called BBWCupid. Have you heard of it? Well nothing thus far, but I also haven't paid the "upgrade" membership fee either. I'm not sure if I find it worth it or not. Have you used any online dating sites? Did you find a perfect fit as a fabulous and thick woman? Please share.....
If you are Fabulous and Thick what qualifies as a good fit? I know this subject is up for debate because I see women and men in clothing that looks a bit too tight or to big. I bought a cute dress for a friend's party and noticed that it wasn't fitting me the way I had planned. My solution was simple, I only needed to tighten up the belt in the back. But what do you do when the items are jeans or blouses? How do you know if your clothing is fitting you in a manner that will compliment or damage your curves?

Am I the only Plus Size Woman that loves the pool? I don't think so....I see many women thick and some fit at the pool. So I have seven different swimsuits to show my style. Colors varies from browns, to blues, from a tropical look to a fruity purple with rhinestones. I add a sarong to cover my meaty thighs, or a swimsuit skirt that leaves some of my curves showing. Either way you go girls, don't hide in the shadows of the slims and trims. Get cool and hit the pool this summer, it's great exercise!

Ok.... I'm really starting to get pissed off! Why are skinny chicks modeling clothing for the voluptuous and fabulous "thick"?
They already have their market, in the front of ALL the department stores, we can't have a little fame by seeing our images on the screen in our curvy jeans?
This has got to stop! Don't buy from these stores, that damn near put our clothing towards the back door. Shop with us, where you are respected and loved and all of the great attributes above. Join UT, we care about you and welcome your curves and the fact that you're thick!
