A: Clothing and accessories that were purchased within the last 3 years, are in "good - excellent" condition (lightly used), and has no tears, stains, or deformities. Please DO NOT post any items that may have the scent of cigarettes or pet odors.
Q: What are the fees for a Home Seller?
A: You have the option of paying a .25 cents per item listing fee (good for 90-days) plus 15% final fee after an item sells or $25 a month flat rate closet fee due on the 1st of every month. Please Note: an additional third-party fee of 2.9% plus .30 cents for each transaction will be subtracted before your payment is disbursed.
Q: How should I send/ship the items?
A: Your items should be folded neatly and placed in a poly bag, padded envelope or box. We highly recommend using USPS flat-rate boxes and envelopes since their boxes and envelopes are FREE and includes tracking and insurance.
Q: When will I receive payment?
A: Once the tracking information is provided and delivery to the Buyer is confirmed, your disbursement will be sent on our next payment cycle date, which usually falls on every other Tuesday. Information regarding payments will go out via our newsletter and posted on our Facebook page.
